Burke Town School is a PreK-8th grade school serving approximately 180 students in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont. Our mission is to embrace the diverse identity of our small community while promoting unity. Together, the school and community will strive to meet the needs of all students while providing a dynamic education that allows students to grow in all ways: academically, socially, physically and emotionally. This month’s newsletter is all about water safety so that you and your children can have a fun-filled summer vacation!
Join us on Thursday, May 8th at 5:30pm for our Spring Concert taking place at the Playground Pavillion!
As we look forward to our last 6 weeks of school, there are many events taking place and tons of fun to be had. We still have a lot of learning going on and our classroom teachers are doing all they can to keep routines and expectations the same to help us stay focused on curiosity, engagement and growth.
Middle School students at Lyndon Town School and beyond have had the chance to learn the sport of Fencing this spring. Students are provided with fencing gear, and are transported to Lyndon Institute for Instruction.
This month, we are focusing seasonal allergies. With Spring rolling in, you and your children may be experiencing an increase in seasonal allergies.
